Vinyl Paint Chip Epoxy Flooring Systems begin with the application of a primer coat or a moisture vapor barrier base coat. Next, selected color chips are applied directly into the wet epoxy. After the epoxy has dried, the floor is scraped to remove any loose chips that did not adhere. A durable, non-yellowing polyaspartic top coat is then applied for enhanced protection. For additional durability, an optional urethane top coat may be added to complete the system.
